Technical Business Analyst/Technical Lead/System Business Analyst - Solihull

Our client currently has an opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst from an infrastructure background to sit within the IT Operations and Development division of the organization.

The main focus for the role will be to gather application infrastructure information through the Business and translate the requirements into straightforward functional and technical specifications.

Essential Skills

*To gather information through the Business and translate the requirements into straightforward business and project documents

*To document existing technical environments, covering all elements such as infrastructure, servers, storage, firewall & security up to and including application services. (Environment Blueprints)

*To map existing As-Is Environment>Infrastructure & Applications.

*To document identify environment pain points and proposed appropriate quick win solutions where required

*To Act as a technical interface to internal (and overseas) software development teams, product managers, and solution architects

*To gather functional & non-functional requirements for each environment type and product required within each development area.

*To construct & propose environment management processes where required

*To perform data collection & subsequent analysis from development/product teams to propose environment standards, build configurations appropriate to and in alignment with documented requirements.

*Work collaboratively with multiple subject matter experts to support project success
