Senior Network Engineer - Cisco

My client is seeking a Senior Network Engineer position to be responsible of high quality design and development proposals required to support new networking projects. As the Senior Networking Engineer you will be heavily involved in the security services, including voice networks, data networks and associated security, filtering, network and communication services.

As the Senior Network Engineer you will work closely with Technical Architects with the development and delivery of the technical direction, architecture, standards and polices for network and security services.

The successful Senior Network Engineer will possess the following skills and experiences:-

*High level networking design and configuration

*Cisco Network project designs

*Cisco Network BAU support

*Cisco switches and routers

*Cisco Data Infrastructures

*Virtualisation

You application will hold a distinct advantage if you possess experience working Avaya systems.

The key responsibilities for this position are:-

*Network Design

*Service design proposals

*Specification

*Evaluation and purchasing of hardware and software

*Promotion of services and service management
