Commercial Manager

A civil engineering contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team in Worcestershire.

The contractor works on various civils projects including Highways, Earthworks, Drainage, Flood Defence, Structures and Bridges.

They are seeking a Commercial Manager to run the commercial team and help support the growth and development of the company.

Commercial Manager Duties & Requirements

-Experience in a managerial role either as a Commercial Manager or Managing Quantity Surveyor

-Ability to lead and develop a team

-Maintain current client relationships and help develop new client relationships

-Sound contract knowledge of various forms of contracts including NEC

-Strong civil engineering experience

-Preserve good sub-contractor relationships

Commercial Manager Remuneration

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (experience dependent)

Location: Worcestershire

Other benefits: Car allowance + 22 days holiday & bank holidays + 4% company matched pension + healthcare
