Are you comfortable with telling a CFO what to do with their ERP?

We're not talking about stepping into the role of a CEO, we are talking about ERP and specifically implementing Oracle EBS - because we're comfortable with telling CFO's about the ERP Candidate Market.

But that's easy for us to say because our client is one of the largest international manufacturers and they've asked us to help them find a talented Oracle EBS Consultant.

Their users have been on a legacy system for 8 years now, and when the subject of a new ERP System comes up, some people can either dig their heels in.

Some of those people might be super users that will help you on this 12 month implementation - and you'll have to give them confidence of your speciality in ERP and Oracle EBS.

It'll be your job to understand the business units, gathering their requirements and translate these into their new system that will transform the way they do business.

It's not just Oracle EBS, it's also 3rd party add-ons, interfaces and extensions that you will be in charge off. Majority of the business are very excited by this strategic chocie to invest into new systems so there will also be alot of support.

You will not need to be an expert in these other software's or technology but you will need to be adaptable, quick learning and interested being up to date in leading SAAS technology. So you'll be picking up skills you'd struggle to find anywhere else such as Salesforce. But you won't be going into it unarmed. There is a support from key finance and project management members internally.

This greenfield project is global and you will be in the driving seat so you can imagine the value this will have on your career.

You'll enjoy working with leading software vendors, but doing things your own way.
