Business Analyst - Edinburgh

3 month contract £350 - £400 per day

Spring Technology is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to fulfil a key contract with a Public Sector body in Edinburgh. The role will be responsible for helping to successfully deliver various projects within a major Digital Transformation Group. To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Essential skills:

*Solid track record of business analysis in a digital/ICT project environment

*Displays techniques, and practices including writing user stories, acceptance tests and documenting technical requirements

*Experience of running and facilitating workshops.

*Effective consulting skills

*Demonstrable and practical experience, in a project environment

*Excellent presentation and communication skills

*An exposure to project methodologies such as Prince2, Agile

*Experience of working in a shared service environment

*Knowledge of the public service landscape and ICT technology that support this

*Senior stakeholder engagement

Desirable skills:

*Previous experience working in Public Sector

*Knowledge and experience of Treasury Green Book
