Programme Manager - IT a& Business Change - Leeds

Day Rate: £400 - £490

Duration: 6 Months

Our client is a dynamic organisation undertaking a complex programme as part of a bigger change initiative and are seeking a Programme Manager to lead multiple work streams including testing, development and business change resources.

You will have the ability to liaise effectively with key stakeholders and have a real ability to understand customer needs, with an the ability to effectively manage challenging 3rd party suppliers and provide successful project delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Change you will be assigned manage a large programme running across the business. This will incorporate the management of internal teams and external 3rd Parties.

The main responsibilities of this role are to liaise with project/programme stakeholders, manage resources within the project and manage the delivery of the project from initial concept through to delivery.

The successful candidate should be highly organised and motivated with good communication and team skills, and to be experienced in having managed programmes in a structured environment.

Key Skills

* Highly experienced in managing complex IT/Change Programmes

* Experienced in Programme Methodologies - MSP, Prince

* Experienced managing infrastructure, development, test teams in a matrix environment

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
