Our client, a market-leading South African company who are experts in the provision of payment services and payment solutions are looking to hire an Agile Business Analyst to join their internal team. The company have a large number of exciting projects coming up across web and mobile development and so have an urgent need to incorporate a Business Analyst into the team to help out with the increased demand. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst with previous experience in an Agile environment, and experience with payments would be a bonus. Previous experience as a Product Owner or interest in taking up this role as part of your responsibility would be highly advantageous. The client are looking for a confident and experienced Business Analyst with strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience. Having a degree from an IT background such as computer science or Information Systems is highly favourable but not a prerequisite. Our client is willing to pay a competitive salary based on experience and offer generous bonuses and leave allowances. This company is growing exponentially across South Africa and also continent-wide meaning the opportunities for growth are huge as you help to shape the development team going forward. This role will include a lot of responsibility and working alongside the existing Product Owners and Business Analysts. Skills:

Solid experience in Business Analyst position.

Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.

Extensive experience working within an Agile environment (Scrum)

Desireable:

Experience working as Product Owner

IT related undergraduate degree (Computer Science or Information Systems)

Experience with Payments or within financial sector

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

Salary: R40000-R65000PM CTC
