Global Biotech are currently in the process of expanding their state of the art production facility in Co Limerick- making it the largest bulk biologics production facility in Ireland. They are looking for an experienced Senior Manager in Quality Risk Management to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting start up environment- with the backup of a Global Leader.

The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of Quality Risk Management principles, tools and systems. They should have the ability to identify and implement industry best practices for GMP Quality Risk Management. They must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharma manufacturing, medical device/ combination product manufacturing or design and development risk environment. Excellent leadership skills are essential.

Your role as Senior QRM Manager will include:

* Providing professional expertise and leadership in the Quality Risk Management function on a global scale

* Develop and maintain Quality Risk Management system supporting the function of IOPS division at a global scale

* Formulate Risk Management principles, methods and tools and document in appropriate policies, procedures and reports

* Establish training requirements for IOPS staff in Quality Risk Management principles and practices

* Manage data analysis and statistical tools used to support Quality Risk Management activities

* Communicate the outcome from Quality Risk Management activities and periodic IOPs- wide reviews

Key Skills

* Good management and leadership skills are essential to this role

* Experience working in across a range of cultures is desirable as the QRM Manager will work across two site one in Limerick and one in the US

* Proactive approach to best practices for GMP Quality Risk Management

* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
