Planner

I am working on behalf of a well-established award winning main contractor who is seeking a Planner to work in Manchester.

The company is a tier one contractor and has a strong reputation as a great employer. They have an exciting portfolio of build projects from £20 - 100 million.

The successful candidate will be part of a major student accommodation design and build phase worth £80 million.

Planner Requirements:

* Experience working as a Planner within a main contractor environment is essential.

* Experience with NEC 3 form of contract

* Ability to use MS Project and Primavera P6.

* Strong construction planning and programme monitoring experience required.

* You will be an outgoing, personable individual with exceptional communication skills.

* Full UK driving License.

Planner Remuneration

Salary: £35 - 50,000

Location: Manchester
