Agile Business Analyst

An Agile Business Analyst is needed for one of our key Public Sector clients based in Scotland.

Business Analyst's key role will include:

- Work with Product Owners to understand and model the capabilities of the business

- The Business Analyst will propose and seek consensus on innovative business solutions

- Work with the Design Authority function to continuously improve business solution design capability and assisting in ensuring that the organisation are adhering to best practice

- The Business Analyst will also support the identification, evaluation and tracking of project benefits

Key skills the Business Analyst will need to posses:

- Ability to elicit requirements to assist in developing product roadmap

- Experience of working in agile teams using KANBAN and SCRUM delivery process frameworks

- Ability to set up effective workshops, facilitation and execution

- The Business Analyst must be able to demonstrate experience of writing User Stories

- Must be able to develop domain expertise quickly

Business Analysts desirable skills:

- Experience of LEAN UX design principles

Understanding of the implications of system architectures in transition

- Experience of Domain driven design and leading edge techniques such as Behaviour Driven Development
