The successful SC cleared PMO Analyst will be part of a large transformation project within a Central Government organisation.

The successful SC cleared PMO Analyst will have the following role and responsibilities:

* Establishing and maintaining Transformation Programme & Project governance controls, methods and standards across the projects contained within the Digital & Change Transformation Programme

* Maintaining a detailed programme plan that reflects the interdependencies, timescales, costs and resource requirements for the projects within the programme

* Establishing an effective upward reporting system to capture programme and project information for use by the Transformation Board and Technology Board and wider organisational reporting

* Ensuring that all risks and issues are managed effectively particularly where impact across the programme is envisaged (maintaining a RAID log)

* Providing support in the application of programme wide standards as required

* Providing on-going support to the Digital & Change Transformation Director

* Contributing to the overall management of the Programme Management Office through regular meetings of the PMO Team, and actively input to the development of the programme plan

* Implementing suitable IT systems to support the objectives of the PMO

* Carrying out additional tasks that are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the post

Please note that recent experience within a Central Government organisation is highly desirable.

Due to the nature of the recruiting organisation the successful PMO Analyst must hold a valid Security Clearance
