Technical Business Analyst. In this role, working with their external customers you will analyse customer requirements in order to design efficient and effective processes then translate this information into detailed system requirements for input to the solution delivery stage. You will help design detailed workflow/Configuration documentation and understand the complexities of the customer detailed requirements.
Skills Required:-
This role requires a technical background paired with an analysis background - ideally former developers turned business analysts or technical analysts or BA’s who are familiar with OO & Java e.g using JavaDocs.
Experience on a point of sale or proposal management system would be ideal
Background in finance, retail systems, point of sale or consumer finance useful.
Strong analytical skills
Aware of Impact of non-functional requirements on system interface considerations
Ability to produce high level estimates
Technical skills to perform analysis of design of system issues
Strong client communications skills
