You will be the first point of call for clients and customers alike and will have brilliant communication skills.

To be successful in your application for the 1st & 2nd IT Support Engineer role, you would ideally have worked for a company of the same variety, have strong knowledge of Microsoft Systems and 5+ years experience supporting desktop and server environments. * Full driving licence and own car is essential

* Experience using Microsoft / Windows Server

* Good general understanding of supporting and troubleshooting at desktop and server level

* Brilliant communicator with good time management skills

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) + Excellent benefits including car allowance
