Business Analyst- Senior/ Salesforce

A Senior Salesforce Business Analyst is required to join a company who are the World's leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals. The Senior Business Analyst will join a team that own the strategy, delivery and support of the company's business platforms. This is an excellent opening for a Senior Business Analyst, with experience in Salesforce, to provide a vital function bridging the gap between business and technology.

The successful Senior Salesforce Business Analyst's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

· Business Planning- eliciting business requirements and modelling processes

· Facilitating workshops to evolve, scope, gather detailed requirements, develop use cases and begin visualising the end result.

· Coach more junior team members

· Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with business stakeholders

· Maintain a good understanding of industry trends around CRM.

Interested applicants will have proven experience as a business analyst, having worked on multiple technology or business projects. You should have strong experience in business analysis techniques and of working throughout a project lifecycle. You should also have a specialisation in Salesforce software solution delivery.
