1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst

A global company in Fareham are looking for a 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst to join the Global Information Systems team.

The successful 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical /user support for IT applications; infrastructure and technology solutions throughout the region.

As 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst your role will include the building of hardware, configuration of software and physical installation of systems, maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and ensuring the achievement of agreed upon SLA's.

The successful 1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst will ideally have the following skills and experience:

* Previous experience in an IT support role

* Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Servers and Office 2010 packages

* Possess network infrastructure knowledge (specifically around WiFi networks)

* Experience of managing iOS devices

* Ability to schedule own workload prioritising to meet the business needs

* Capable of working on own initiative, with a proactive and organised approach

* Adapt to a varying role and be flexible in working style

* Good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner

* Excellent interpersonal and team skills
