A thriving Health and Social Care IT consultancy in London are looking for an ICT / Change Consultant to join their team. If you can demonstrate significant experience of working within the NHS, then you could be then you could be the ICT / Change Consultant that we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As an ICT/Change Consultant you'll be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise benefit. You'll lead change management activities and apply a structured methodology to business change activities. You'll gain buy-in to all change management activities by providing proactive and transparent stakeholder management both within the project team and externally. Furthermore, you'll identify the development of business changes and will apply processes and tools to create a change strategy.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Significant experience of working within the NHS

* Ability to work on large scale transformation programmes

* Project management experience

* Knowledge of IT/EPR systems, requirements fathering, system configuration and deployment
