Job Title: Lead Performance Analyst - Digital
Daily Rate: £350 - £400
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months (23 Month Project)
Security Clearance: Disclosure Scotland (DS)
Location: Glasgow
The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Performance Analyst specialising in the digital area for an initial 6 month contract based in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following areas:
*Exposure of web development environment
*Data analysis
*Web analytics
*Analytics Software - Google Analytics, Google Refine, Tableau
If you are successful you would have to undergo a Disclosure Scotland prior to starting the role.
Essential Criteria
*Experience in the use of data analysis, web analytics and visualisation tools eg Google Analytics, Google Refine, Tableau etc
*Experience of providing performance analysis and recommendations on digital public services
*Identifying a range of relevant and credible information sources and recognise the need to collect new data when necessary from internal and external sources
*Recognising patterns and trends in a wide range of evidence and draw important conclusions
*Exploring different options outlining costs, benefits, risks and potential responses to each
*Make effective use of project management skills and techniques to deliver outcomes, including identifying risks and mitigating actions
*A track record of capturing, utilising and sharing customer insight and views from a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure better policy and delivery
*The ability to confidently engage with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels to generate commitment to goals
*Be able to communicate using appropriate styles, methods and timing, including digital channels, to maximise understanding and impact
*Exemplify positive customer service behaviours and promote a culture focused on ensuring customer needs are met
*Line management, direction-setting and objectives setting
