Technical Lead - Software Development - Banking & Finance

Salary - £90,000 - £120,000 + Quarterly Bonus

I'm urgently recruiting for a Technical Lead to join a London based Financial Consultancy.
Who is the company?
My Client is a London based consultancy who provide software solutions and advice to companies in the Financial Sector, from banks (HSBC is a main client) to insurance brokers. They are a relatively small company, however this ensures your exposure to a wide variety of clients and increased career progression as a Technical Lead!
Who are you?
A Technical Lead who has experience within the Financial Industry (This is a must!!), in particular having experience delivering technical change and advisory work. You must have experience working and leading development teams, as well as have strong communication written and verbal skills. You must also have exposure of a range of different technologies, from Java EE, C#, JavaScript and NoSQL, and be comfortable with full software development lifestyles.
What will you be doing?
You will be leading small development teams that will work onsite with the client, developing software solutions. You will be working with the clients from outlying the solution, allocation of tasks, identifying risks and management of the delivery. You will also be overseeing the technical analysis, design, development and testing, amongst a small team of technical specialist.
What is your compensation?
Depending on level of experience my client can pay a Technical Lead Software Developer £90,000 - £120,000 + benefits including healthcare insurance, gym membership, travel season ticket loan, 25 days holiday, quarterly bonus and employee centred training and development on projects worked on.
