Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer / Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant / Cost Engineer / PQS Quantity Surveyor / Consultancy West Midlands £25,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits PERMANENTA Quantity Surveyor is required to join an organisation specialising in Construction projects across the UK across multiple sectors. They are a successful consultancy looking to take on a Chartered or Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor liaise with a Senior QS in a team of professional Quantity Surveyor and work autonomously on various Framework projects around West Midlands and the UK. The role is as follows: - Managing multiple projects liaising with clients and project managers- Overall cost management of up to 11 live projects- Work as a Quantity Surveyor in a team of surveyors- Manage tender from start to finish- Occasional site visits- Negotiate on procurement pre- and post-contract- General quantity surveying duties- Take offs and Measurements They are ideally looking for someone with the following background: - From a PQS background or have worked with a PQS previously- Strong contractual knowledge- Preferably HND, BSc Quantity Surveying, MRICS would be an advantage- Ideally strong construction background- Ideally someone who has worked on various projects including Commercial, Retail and Residential- Started their APC as a minimum  Salary is negotiable for the right individual but they are ideally looking to pay a salary of between £25,000 and £45,000 plus benefits for an assistant to intermediate level  Interview slots are available on Tuesday 21^st November the interview process is usually a one stage interview with a DirectorCommutable from Walsall, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon. Please call Chloe Jones at the X4 Group on 0202 3887 6313 or 020 7812 7700 for more information and to apply to the position.
