Agile Business Analyst - Mobile, Digital, Web, Story Board, BI, Data Warehousing - £48,000 - £58,000 - Osterley

The Role

We are actively looking to secure an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Agile Business Analyst to join Experis and work on our client site in Osterley.

We require a strong BA who is has strong inter-personal and stakeholder management skills, knowledge of service management systems and processes, and excellent attention to detail in preparing process documentation.

The purpose of the role is to work with internal teams and advise them on how best to improve and/or fully adopt the Agile methodology.

You will be comfortable over across a range of digital/web services and solutions. You will ideally have supported projects where open source and cloud technologies have applied agile development methodologies.

As a skilled Agile BA you be a natural communicator have the ability rationalise complex information allowing for it to be user friendly and understandable for others to work with.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with data and reporting who possesses proactivity, great attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and must be a team-player. ** Experience working with Mobile/ iOS/ Android **

Responsibilities include;

* Driving forward the end to end business analysis deliverables across projects

* Owning and managing the identification and documentation of detailed business requirements in order to support the development of technical solutions

* Ensuring that business requirements are captured with commercial and business scope in mind, and that client expectations are managed accordingly

* Developing strong, trust based relationships with key client stakeholders in order that requirements can be identified in a timely manner

* Supporting the technical delivery of our solutions by providing the necessary information about the client and their requirements

* Supporting project planning activities via the identification and documentation of high level business requirements in order that an understanding of commercial scope can be gained

* Understand and map source to target data, supporting the business requirements

* Guide the business to key business metrics, existing or new that can be used within reporting to support project insight delivery.

Essential skills/Knowledge

* Experience working with Mobile/ iOS/ Android

* Proven experience of defining requirements for technology products or systems

* Experience in leading requirements gathering activities using a variety of structured techniques

* Experience of working within Agile project delivery teams.

* The ability to produce high quality, well-structured documentation, ideally for Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Data Warehousing projects

* Experience in a client facing role at both a business and a technical level

* Possess strong data literacy skills

* The ability to adapt styles or the level of working depending on what is appropriate at the time

* An ability to 'think outside the box' and to come up with pragmatic resolutions to challenges / problems

* Will thrive in a fast paced working environment

* Self-managing, and will enjoy a varied and flexible workload

* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Be positive, enthusiastic and have a "can-do" attitude
