Role: IT Service Desk Team Leader (Contract)
Location: Edinburgh
Duration: 3 Month contract

My large client have an exciting Contract opportunity available for an IT Service Desk Team Leader to join their growing IT team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team rota ensuring that resources and tasks are assigned appropriately, Whilst monitoring the IT Service Desk queues ensuring that incidents are actioned/assigned accordingly within an acceptable timeframe. Ideally, you will have the following skillset:
*Excellent People Management and supervisory skills
*Experience of working with an IT Service Desk or similar ITIL support role
*Experience of incident management and working with relevant ITSM tools.
*Experience of troubleshooting Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7, 8 and 10 and Microsoft Office products.
*Experience of Active Directory - Users accounts and Groups.
