Job Title: 3rd Line ICT System Support Specialist (Unified Messaging & Server Infrastructure)

Location: Ripley, Derbyshire

Salary: Up to £34,538 per annum (career progression criteria applies)

Closing Date: midnight on Sunday 3rd December 2017.

The Company is looking for an experienced 3rd line ICT engineer predominantly for their Exchange and Skype for Business platforms and to complement our small technical team.

You will be responsible for maintaining the existing environments by monitoring system performance, identifying issues, implementing and adhering to relevant best practices.

The Job Role:

Duties will include optimizing and expanding the current platforms with team members, providing primary and advanced end-user support on key systems, including the latest iterations of Microsoft Exchange and Skype for Business.

The Candidate:

Experience of administrating a Windows Server infrastructure and a VMware Virtual environment is needed, along with a willingness to implement new systems and a sound understanding of networking principles.

Whilst being technically hands-on, the Engineer must be an advocate of change management and contributing to the production of quality systems documentation. The ability to communicate with end users, team members and senior management will make this a rewarding opportunity to join a team, at an important time of transition at the newly built Headquarters, sharing with Derbyshire Police.
