IT Business Analyst

£40,000 - £45,000 +Benefits

They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a talented and ambitious team. The team play a key role in the ongoing growth and success of the business, leveraging IT and technology to enable business change and improve project delivery and performance.

Scope & Responsibilities:

* Supporting the continual improvement and delivery of Business Change

* Supporting internal and external delivery teams in writing functional solution specifications.

* Working within an agile, waterfall or hybrid methodology as required by the individual project

* Eliciting, analysing and validating business requirements across the business

* Resolving complex / conflicting requirements through the use of appropriate business analysis tools and techniques

Skills & Experience:

* Extensive business analsis experience (5 years+)

* Delivered IT projects with internal and external development teams

* Delivered small, medium and large IT change

* Full development lifecycle delivery experience

* Cross team communication strategy and support
