Are you a Design Engineer from a Structural Steel background looking for a step up to a Director's role where you will play an integral part within a fast-growing innovative company and receive future shares in the business?

On offer is the position of Structural Engineering Director where you will have a direct impact on the growth and success of a highly reputable niche and rapidly expanding business.

This company are part of a group and specialise in innovative design solutions and boast an outstanding reputation for quality. They work with a range of architects, engineers and designers within a range of sectors from structural and steel-work fabrications to manufacturing and have offices in the UK and Greece.

With this flexible and creative role you will be involved in all aspects of Management and Design alongside Directing and Delivering Projects and bringing in new ideas to continue to expand the company.

This role would suit a Design Engineer from a Structural Steelwork background looking for leading role where you will have the opportunity to help grow a rapidly expanding company.

THE ROLE:

* Directing Projects, Managing a small to medium sized team and actively growing the company

* A varied and flexible role with remote working allowance and flexible hours
