You will be ideally be based within a commutable distance of Manchester, - other locations are considered - Covering UK Wide

£50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Expenses Paid + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to play a key role in the success of an expanding and industry leading company that offers ongoing career development?

On offer is the opportunity to join an international and industry leading company where you will work on high value projects whilst representing a global brand.

This is an international company who dominate the market within their industry and they are looking to continue in their expansion in the UK. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to assist in driving the business forward by managing all commercial aspects of projects end to end in the build of new gyms, re-fits and extensions.

This will suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to work for a blue chip company and help drive the expansion plans forward.

The Role:

- Managing projects through the full project lifecycle working on a range of re-fits, extensions and new gym builds

-Conduct tender processes including preparation of tender documentation, evaluation of tenders and the making of detailed recommendations

-Monitoring the financial progress of projects and regularly communicating and assessing potential impacts of changes to budgets

The Person:

- Proven Quantity Surveyor experience

-Ideally worked within Retail/Leisure/Hygiene/Food/Hospitality but this is not essential

- You will ideally be based within a commutable distance of Manchester - other locations considered (Wigan, St Helens, Sale, Leeds, Bradford, Liverpool, Speke, Chester, Birmingham, Leicester)
