Spring Technology are currently working with a large public sector organisation based in Scotland, looking for a Pega Business Analyst to join the business as soon as possible on a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be required to go through BPSS clearance or it would be advantageous if you already held it.

The Role

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Product Owner, it is expected that the person collaborates intensively with the wider team. The person will also be working in a primarily Pega development team, however it is expected that the person collaborates across the wider programme teams who are building open stack solutions.

Skills and experience required

* Ability to elicit requirements to assist in developing product roadmap

* Ability to create user stories collaboratively that follow the INVEST principles and flexibility to adopt other user story creation frameworks

* Ability to create and refine product backlogs and assist product owners and team to determine priorities

* Experience of working in agile teams using KANBAN and/ or SCRUM delivery process frameworks

* Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) certification is required

* Extensive Pega experience
