Job Title: Business Process Analyst - Digital
Daily Rate: £300 - £400
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3-6 Months
Security Clearance: BPSS (Disclosure Scotland)
Location: Glasgow
The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst for an exciting 3-6 month contract based in the Glasgow area. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the following areas:
Business Analysis
Process Modelling
Requirement Gathering (AS-IS OR TO-BE)
Process mapping
Capability modelling
Agile Methodologies
The ideal candidate will have experience working with process modelling
Essential Experience
*Excellent teamwork, oral, written and presentational skills
*Experience as a business analyst in the public or commercial sector
*Ability to be advisory in the application of business analysis techniques as they relate agile delivery frameworks and techniques
*An evidence driven and value driven mind-set to gather the data necessary to propose and seek consensus on innovative business solutions
*The ability to engage stakeholders and determine when to provide constructive challenge
*The ability to be persuasive in presenting recommendations
*A knack for being creative with a can-do attitude
*The ability to evaluate and analyse information
*Demonstrably have applied structured analysis techniques such as value stream mapping, bpmn process or capability modelling
*The resilience to work under pressure with many unknowns
*Demonstrate that you place cost and value at the heart of your proposed solutions
*A working knowledge of specification by example techniques
*A working knowledge and some experience in change management
