Dynamics CRM Officer - Central London Charity - £30k

I am recruiting for a CRM Officer for a charity based in central London who require a CRM Officer to run and maintain their in-house Microsoft Dynamics CRM System. They use their system to maintain their membership details, keep members updated and active, add new members and promote their cause as effectively as possible. You will be responsible for every aspect of the CRM System including user adoption, troubleshooting, training, upgrades, liaising with Developers, data cleansing, reporting and running queries. It would suit someone who has previously worked with Dynamics CRM and would like an involved role to take full ownership of a CRM system.

The role is wide ranging and will also give you the opportunity to contribute to the wider responsibilities of the membership team. This includes improving the member experience, particularly implementing CRM processes that can assist in this. You will also help process new members, promote new memberships and assist the distribution of the electronic newsletter.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience of administrating a Microsoft Dynamics CRM System, version experience is less important although experience in the latest versions will be an advantage. They also use excel extensively and would require someone who is experienced in Excel use and is familiar with formulas.
