Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant, B'ham

Location: Central Birmingham (2 minutes' walk from New Street Station)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission + benefits (£17,000 and upwards DOE)

A boutique Recruitment Consultancy based in a brilliantly located, Central Birmingham office are now looking for their next Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant / experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing recruitment agency and have a 'hot desk' waiting to be used for making serious money.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

* Must have at least 2 years' experience working in a Sales role (telesales or door to door)

* Must have a hunger for career progression and MUST BE MOTIVATED BY MONEY

* Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills

* Must be well presentable for client meetings

DESIRABLE SKILLS

* Experience working in a cold-calling environment or somewhere where you have had to chase and win business is massively advantageous

* Recruitment experience desirable but not essential

* Experience or an interest in the Energy, Utilities or Technology industry a benefit
