BI Data Warehouse Developer - Contract - Manchester - £400-£475
Urgent requirement for a BI Data warehouse developer to work on a data warehouse project for a retail organisation based in manchester city centre.
You will get the opportunity to work on a long term project to implement enterprise-wide business intelligence for the client.
As a BI Developer you will be expected to have experience in the following:
- Expereince extracting data from data sources using SSIS and loading it into a DWH.
- Ability to manipulate data using ETL processes
- Strong skills in using SSRS and experience in building cubes (SSAS) is an advantage.
- DAX
- Data warehousing using Kimball methodology
- SQL Server 2014-2016
- Data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Qlikview, or Tableau is a desirable skillset.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work within a dynamic team
This role willl offer some remote work (1-2 days a week at most)
The contract length will be innitially 5 months with the liklihood of an extension.
