We are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst with outstanding client facing skills and proven experience working with complex software products to join our industry leading company based in Reading. This is a vital position within our organisation and the successful Technical Business Analyst will have a pivotal role in all customer deliveries with the chance to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and the quality of the delivery teams.

The successful Technical Business Analyst will support the delivery of our product and bespoke implementations, taking ownership of the technical proposition throughout the full project lifecycle. This is a vital position within the organisation and the successful Technical Business Analyst will be the principle technical interface between the customer, QA and development teams and own the technical solution being delivered during the delivery phase.

We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst who is comfortable leading client technical discussions during both the scoping and delivery phases. The Technical Business Analyst will be confident working as part of a geographically distributed team, ensuring the technical solution is understood by all concerned parties and changes effectively scoped, defined and implemented to the required high standards expected by our customers

Skills/experience required for the role of Technical Business Analyst are:

* The ability to gather requirements and confidently interpret client requirements translating them into technical documentation.

* Confident working as part of a geographically distributed team.

* Excellent wire framing, process mapping and technical writing skills.

* Strong analysis experience in a full software development lifecycle / SDLC technology environment.

* Technical architecture of high volume transactional systems.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
