Senior Design Engineer

£25-30 per hour (Umbrella or Ltd)

40 hours a week (9:00am to 5:30pm Monday- Friday)

Coventry, Warwickshire- commutable by Redditch, Warwick, Banbury, Daventry, Birmingham

Contract- 3 month minimum with potential to be extended

Are you an immediately available Senior Designer with experience in Commercial Workplace Design looking to join a leading company on a contract to see you well into the New Year?

My Client are an award winning company, who specialise in Interior Design of commercial premises. Due to an ever increasing order book, are recruiting an experienced Senior Design Engineer to run design projects and manage a small team.

As a Senior Design Engineer within the company, you will be required to work with the senior management team to coordinate design work, create and present pitches to clients and oversee projects from concept through to completion. You should have good commercial understanding and detailed product knowledge.

The Ideal candidate will have experience with the following; AutoCAD, In-Design, NBS, Photoshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Design Engineer to work for a leading company on a long term contract role with excellent rates of pay and future progression opportunities.

The Role:

- Run design projects & manage a small team

- Design bespoke furniture/joinery and read shop drawings

-Create and present pitches for new clients

The Person:

- Experience using software including AutoCAD, Photoshop, In-Design, NBS

- Experience project managing from pitch to snagging

- Comprehensive product knowledge
