Here is a fantastic opportunity for a recently graduated Electronics Engineer to join an established fabless Semiconductor company as an ASIC Design Engineer.

This is a great opportunity to join a silicon design company with market leading products and a great company spirit, based in Wiltshire. Here you'll join a two-year graduate training programme, spending time working within each area of the business before deciding which area you'd like to specialise in.

The role offers the opportunity to join a team of technical experts and really get up to speed in ASIC design. Initially mentored by a senior engineer, your role will be to understand and simulate existing circuits, making design changes as requested and/or participation in test and evaluation of completed designs.

Suitable candidates must have a good (1st / 2:1) degree in Electronic Engineering / Physics or similar field, with strong A Level grades and a good fundamental understanding of IC Design concepts. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential - some prior project experience using VHDL / Verilog would be really beneficial.
