Graduate Digital ASIC Design Engineer - Processor design

This is an excellent opportunity for an up-and-coming Digital ASIC Designer interested in a career in leading-edge processor design.

Our client, a solid and globally successful semiconductor firm, is looking for a Graduate Digital ASIC Designer with a keen interest in CPU design to join the development centre in Bristol.

The successful candidate will have:

*A good technical degree in Electronics / Computer Science or related field

*Digital RTL Design skills (in VHDL or Verilog)

*Knowledge of microprocessor architectures

*Strong understanding of digital logic fundamentals

*Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

It would be desirable to have:

*Skills in C and / or Assembler programming

*FPGA design skills

*RTOS experience.
