Are you an Estimator or Project Manager from a Civils / Construction background looking for a managerial role working as an Estimator with a range of Blue-Chip clients on a variety of specialist projects?

On offer is the position of an Estimator where you will have the opportunity to have a direct impact of the success of this business by acting as a main point of contact managing projects.

This company specialise in the design, implementation and project management of a wide range of construction and refurbishment projects largely across the Midlands. They boast an exceptional reputation and Blue-Chip Clientele and are constantly expanding due to ambitious growth goals.

You will be working from the Coventry office and out onsite around the Midlands managing various projects from conception to completion, estimation costs and liaising with clients to go through quotations.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a Civils / Construction background looking to progress to Senior Management within a highly reputable expanding company.

THE ROLE

* Acting as the principle point of contact managing projects through their full lifecycle

* Estimating costs on a range of construction projects across the Midlands

* Negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors during the tender process

THE PERSON

* Estimator or Project Manager from a Civils / Construction background

* Looking to have a direct impact on a fast-growing spec list company

* Looking for specialist training and progression to Senior Management
