Visual Designer - UI/ UX, Sketch, Invision, illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects

Job title - Visual Designer

Location - Central London

Duration - 3 to 6 Months

Role Purpose/ Summary:

As a Visual Experience Designer, you will work in an agile team and will collaboratively design and deliver concepts and launch experiences for responsive web services. You will seek to involve the end user in your designs as well as liaising with the business owners and technology partners.

The Visual Experience Designer is also responsible for ensuring the digital designs from the team are excellent and inhabited by the client's Brand guidelines. You will make use of and contribute to visual guidelines and assets in alignment with the client's brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and collaborate with other visual designers the visual implementation of innovative, end-to-end user experiences across key emerging services.

* Inspire and provide creative direction to the team working within the company to deliver services that are beautiful, clear, useful, easy-to-use, innovative, and efficiently built.

* Evaluate design experience of early design concepts as well as on-device prototypes, and communicate design enhancements.

* Deliver design concepts, layouts and screens to support the exploration of service maps and customer journeys.

* Deliver and Assist in the development of high quality visual and interactive proof of concepts to share with internal and external customers.

* Provide both innovative design direction and execution of the clients most strategic innovation products.

* Advocate for customer-centered, context-aware, responsive web design and platform-specific design as key to the clients competitive advantage.

* Support the Head of User Experience in the creation and execution of UX workshops in support of other teams.

* Demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities driven by the speed of our innovative, fast-paced, information services industry.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Expertise in UI and UX, design for digital journeys, data visualisation, User Interface Design, visual design, motion design.

* Current knowledge of design strategies and trends, especially mobile and new technical platforms.

* Understanding of mobile technology, user behaviors, and design requirements.

* Customer-centric, visual, creative leadership.

* Expertise in order of importance Sketch, Invision, illustrator , Photoshop, After Effects

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Skills and Experience:

* Knowledge of HTML5 responsive web design.

* Ability to work with development teams to execute best design solutions within mobile and web technology constraints
