As Insight Analyst, you will be part of the CRM, Insight & Analytics team and proactively deliver analytics and insights to meet the companies needs. The CRM, Insight & Analytics team is the centre of excellence for customer insight & loyalty services.

We are looking for a passionate and proactive insight analyst to support and deliver commercial and marketing analytics and insight. The Role

As insight analyst, you will proactively deliver reporting, analytics and insights for one of our main partners. The position will report to the Insight Manager.

As Insight analyst your responsibilities will include

* Campaign management including test & learning strategies

* Drive predictive modelling and segmentation to improve relevancy in marketing activities

* Deliver reports together with key insights and recommendations

* Deliver data-driven insights through data manipulation & interrogation

* Build relationships with, and work across, multiple contacts.

Are you the one for us?

We are looking for a dedicated and curious data analyst with a statistical, mathematical or similar background. It's beneficial if you have experience within the CRM analysis area and SQL programming but it's more important that you have experience or knowledge related to predictive modelling and segmentation
