Spring Technology is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our well known clients in Edinburgh for a contract Digital Designer to join them on one of their key projects, designing part of their core online platform, being a high traffic, multi-functional website.

This will be a 5 month contract and will be paying market rates, there is also a strong chance for extension.

Our client is looking for a talented Digital Designer to join their forward thinking team in Edinburgh who constantly strive to lead in their design of a key platform, making it attractive, effective and easy to use. If you are able to design excellent UI elements, and deliver consistent products utilising popular design software, then this will be a perfect opportunity to join a team working on a well known website in Scotland. You will get the chance to work in multi-disciplinary teams, communicating your ideas and ensuring that you provide input into the constant improvement of the end product, based upon your own experience and customer feedback.

Essential:

*Strong background in a digital design setting, either in UI / UX or visual design

*Previous experience with key products such as Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, CSS and HTML (other front end tools would be useful)

*Strong knowledge of digital platforms

*Experience within an Agile team

*Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple contacts in the business
