Excellent opportunity to work in one of Ireland's most exciting research company's on a 12 month contract. Are you the Business Process Analyst we are looking for? Do you have a focus on Lean thinking, process standardization and data leverage?

As the Business Process Analyst you will be responsible enhancing the business processes and systems. You will be leading and managing the project, the strategy and the of the improvement project.

Role: Business Process Analyst

Contract: 12 month contract

Location: Dublin

Responsibilities:

You will design future business processes. Contribute with Process owners, stakeholders, project team members, IT and operational team members to develop high performing enterprise business processes. Indorse, change, and integrate business models and processes to support future plans. Responsible for examine and document processes and develop future business competences. You will design key metrics and measures associated with future business processes. Responsible for integrating process design plans into the overall IT and operational excellence program plan. You will work with the client core team to safeguard alignments between functional process design and technical requirements. Grow and document supporting business process information for decision-making, consistency, and alignment. You will run test processes in the design and UAT phases of development. Cultivate work instructions to hand-over process to business teams.

Skills and experience:

* 9+ years' experience.

* BS / BA degree.

* Ability to design innovation processes.

* Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Desirable:

* Lean six sigma, Business Process Management, Quality Systems.

* Business Process Management System (BPMS).

* Proven experience in implementing D-M-A-I-C methodology.
