About the role:

This role is a contract vacancy for an initial six-month period, although there is a strong possibility for extension due to the amount of work expected over the next year. This role is to be based out of the company's West Midlands office.

About your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities in this role all surround the electrical design on a number of building services projects. It will also be expected that you help prepare for tender, face clients and spend time on site if required.

About you:

The company requires all applicants to possess the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

* Degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering.

* Previous experience working as an Electrical Design Engineer within the building services sector.

* Experience of schematics and layouts.

* Working knowledge and familiarity with electrical design documentation.

* Experience working with as many of the following software as possible: Amtech; CAD; Dialux; Relux; Hevacomp.

* The ability to work successfully both individually and as part of a wider team.
