The company is an international organisation, spanning more than 10 countries worldwide, providing software solutions to both blue chip and medium sized clients. The office in question is based in Bristol.

Flexibility is key, and is something that is actively encouraged. Whilst there are core hours in the middle of the day, you will have the flexibility to start and finish when it suits you.

With a plethora of products on offer, your designated team will be chosen based on the matching of your skillset and your area of interest. Some of the key skills where experience is needed include Java, Spring, Jenkins and Git. Any amount of experience with Angular is also handy as well as SQL or Oracle database work.

You will be one of the most senior members of the team and will be expected to lead from the front and set a positive example to some of the less experienced members.

The people, whilst laid back, have great team spirit and expect only the very best. Everyone has a genuine passion for general programming and the prospect of working with new technologies.

In your team of between 5 - 10 Java developers, you will be working in an agile environment and also be tasked with Scrum Master related responsibilities.

Using Spring and Angular, you will be working on multiple projects at any one time and will enjoy the benefits from working in a setting that is very much fast paced.

Whilst this company has grown to a significant size, it still remains true to the family driven roots and offers a generous private medical package up to family level. Should this not be necessary, it can be traded in for other useful benefits.
