Service Assurance Analyst, 45K, Cheshire

Our client, a leading banking institution based in Knutsford are looking to employ a Service Assurance Analyst to take governance of their enterprise VDI/VSI estate.

We will be looking for someone to provide inventory demand & Capaity management across the virtualised estate, Improve our standardized service offering & provide Service Assurance for the Virtualisation & Cloud Group within the IaaS Hosting team.

You will ideally have;

- A strong technical understanding of Virtualisation technologies such as Vmware & Hyper-V

- Extensive stakeholder management expertise liasing with C-level executives

- Knowledge of ITIL Processes
