eCommerce ERP Inside Sales Business Development Manager £30k + OTE

I am working closely with my client to find a talented, motivated and driven Inside Sales candidate with serious ambition to earn commission within one of the fastest growing software organisations in the country. This solution is built on top of a solid ERP Foundation and has already proven to be a success throughout the UK. This is truly an exciting time to be entering this organisation as they build on a new market.

This is a role which relies heavily on SaaS and as such, someone with a solid background in SME and Mid-Market Sales into the SaaS arena would be greatly preferred. Additionally, experience working within inside sales, having excellent telephone manners and the ability to effectively communicate innovative sales ideas are highly desired. Due to the complex nature of the sales process, candidates who have sold high tech solutions, such as ERP software, are valued for this position.

You will be joining a friendly and growing organisation, with an office space in Hertfordshire, as they boost their presence in the market. You will likely find yourself going to client sites in France on a semi-frequent basis - so you must be fine with business travel. A very generous benefit package is offered with excellent holiday allowances and workplace perks.

Skills required for the role:

* Complex Software Solution Sales experience (particularly within SaaS)

* eCommerce Sales experience.

* Motivated by career progression and financial incentives.

* A background in ERP Solutions is beneficial.
