They are recruiting for an experienced Engineering Lead & Sitecore MVP to join them in the midst of a period of change within the organisation, as they look to shape the way they deliver solutions to their customers. They are an award-winning Digital Consultancy, combining all of the hallmarks of a Consultancy, Digital Agency and Solution Provider without any of the associated flaws.

They are an accredited Sitecore Platinum Partner and Microsoft Gold Partner, with this role looking to use those technologies (any many more) to continuously innovate in a highly competitive market place. You will be working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to help shape the delivery of their project portfolio and your role will be hybrid, focusing on driving coding standards and engineering best practice, solution architecture, technology roadmapping and digital strategy.

From a technical standpoint, your role will involve working with a diverse technology stack including .NET, Java, Sitecore, iOS, Android and Xamarin. You will liaise with Infrastructure Engineers and QA throughout and will be expected to draw together all factions of the engineering function to help shape and define their technical strategy moving forward. Moreover, your role will also involve working with Cloud technologies such as Azure and Amazon Web Services - this organisation's strategy is increasingly focused on cloud-based projects (IaaS, PaaS) and an understanding of cloud services and cloud security would be a great skill to bring to the table.
