We are looking for a Solutions Architect and Analytics Lead, to work for a leading Microsoft Partner's offices in Madrid, Spain.

What would you be doing?

-Partnering with the company's clients and understanding their business needs and requirements, providing a whole range of innovative solutions and strategies to solve issues using PowerBI/Business Intelligence and analytics techniques.

-Engaging C-Level executives and working with CTOs, CIOs and other relevant stakeholders.

-Gather client needs and converting them into solutions, accompanying the client in the entire product life-cycle.

-Quality Assurance and Proof of Concepts during project life-cycle

-Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to grow analytics portfolio and drive sales

-Coordination with Sales and clients in the proposal of different solutions and creating a significant proposal

-Working with global teams to drive analytics offering in Spain and Europe.

-Build a network of Analytics experts and key stakeholders

-Coordinate design and solution planning activities.

-Maintaining positive relationships with business and technology Partners.

What are some of the key skills our client is looking for?

-Experience with Microsoft Data & Analytics tools, such as SQL Server, Azure Machine Learning, HDInsights and PowerBI

-R or Python skills.

-Experience working with analytical models and techniques.

-Strong Analytics solutioning skills, including traditional BI, Big Data and Advanced Analytics (predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, ..).

-Strong communication and presentation skills.

-Ability to explain complex Analytics solutions to non-technical audiences

-Client oriented personality with a hunter mentality.

What would make you an even better candidate for this role?

-Previous experience as Solutions Architect or Presales Specialist

-Relevant Microsoft Certifications

-Data and Analytics experience within a Microsoft Partner or Seller.

-Fluency in English (able to manage different presentations and demos in English)
