Salesforce Business Analyst

Salesforce Business Analyst, 3 Month, Contract, End User, £400 - £500, London

My client, a leader within the Salesforce Eco system is looking to bring on two Business Analysts, to work on a global roll out of Sales, Service and Communities Cloud. You will be working closely with the development team and senior stakeholders to deliver the project on time and to an incredibly high standard.

As a Salesforce.com Business Analyst you will be responsible for the following:

- Hosting workshops to elicit business requirements from stakeholders

- Analysing and re-engineering sales processes across the European organization

- Advising on Salesforce.com best practice

- Provide input to Salesforce.com training material

- Driving UAT sessions with stakeholders

- Providing Salesforce.com training to users

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities Cloud

- Strong experience with Process Builder and Flow

- Strong requirement gathering skills

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Ability to articulate and express ideals in and intellectual manor
