Leidos' ANWI programme in Brussels have a vacancy for a Level 2/Tier 2 End-User Experience/Support individual.

This role is to start as soon as possible until end of April 18. This may be extended by a couple of months.

We are not looking for an expert in any one area, but rather a general skill level and the ability to learn - coupled with a pro-active attitude to support the following:

*Windows troubleshooting

oFile/drive/printer mapping

oLogon experience issues

oGroup policy application / troubleshooting

*Office 2010 or newer suite experience

*Skype / Lync

*Experience troubleshooting PKI certificates

*Polycom phone system

*McAfee end point security suite

*Citrix

*Dell hardware (laptops, desktops, thin clients)

*Active Directory

*Exchange

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
