My client are looking for an SC Cleared Business Change Manager to work on a high profile programme. My client are looking to procure a replacement system Nuclear Civil Monitoring system.

The change manager will play a key role in ensuring the project meets objectives on time and on budget by facilitating the adoption and usage of the new system. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

The main duties:

* Work with internal and external stakeholders as necessary to continue the development and design of the Future Mode of Operations (FMO) business model, including benefits definition of preferred model.

* Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop transition plans; enable and support transition from the existing operating model to the FMO.

* Identify and document key transition considerations, process, risk and dependencies including TUPE liabilities, COSOP and other employment concerns.

* Plan for business change activities, tracking their progress against plans and identifying and dealing with risks and issues arising against the plan.

* Design and build a business change and service transition plan for the agreed FMO to be implemented at a later date.

* Support the collation of key business change and readiness information to support successful change delivery, including standard operating procedures and training materials.

* Ensure that reports for the Business Change and Readiness Group are prepared, assured and reviewed by all key stakeholders.

* Contribute to the development of the Full Business Case and benefits management plan with reference to the business change plan and approach.

* Ensure that change is embedded and knowledge transferred within the team to allow continuation of change beyond contract life.

Mandatory:

* Advanced level of design and implementation skills when facilitating and enabling change within an IT Transformation environment

* Experience in Employment regulations, requirements and issues including TUPE and COSOP Stakeholder Management

* Demonstrable experience dealing with large scale organisations business change

* Working within an AGILE environment

* Experience and knowledge of change management principles

* Knowledge of project planning processes and techniques

* Knowledge of potential sources of risk and their impact on project success

* Intermediate knowledge of project constraints and project complexity

* Ability to influence others towards a common vision

* Advanced skills in implementing change, including putting the necessary resources and supporting systems in place and monitoring communication

* Experience in managing business processes

* Advanced skills in conflict and negotiation management

* Skills in information management and reporting
