Project Co-Ordinator - Digital - Work Scheduling / Allocation - Co-ordination - Stakeholder Management - JIRA - Excel
My client a leading Telecoms organisation are seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to join their Digital programme team and be responsible for the allocation, management and co-ordination of all Digital Experience work through the in-house Studio and Experience teams.
The successful candidate will:
* Be responsible for the smooth and effective allocation of new work to the team, understanding the demand requests and managing the day-to-day resourcing requirements.
* Work closely with the entire Digital team, monitoring and directing the movement of all jobs through the creative development process, updating schedules and team members as required.
Key Skills
* The ability to manage and prioritise an ever changing schedule of work requests and within tight timescales
* Being comfortable making informed decisions quickly and effectively
* People person, able to manage, negotiate and influence whilst maintaining good working relationships
* Excellent problem solving skills and able to work using their own initiative
* 1st rate communication skills and a personable demeanour
* Excellent organisational skills
* The ability to manage risks and issues and able to escalate appropriately where necessary
* Any previous experience of working within Digital teams in-house or studio is highly beneficial
Technical Skills
* A moderate JIRA knowledge for workflow management, including the creation of boards and different views
* Resource management systems or software such as JIRA tempo, traffic etc.
* Basic Excel skills
This is an initial 6 week contract, however there is the potential for this role to become a permanent position for the right individual.
