I am looking for a Digital Business Analyst for one of my large clients for an initial 6 month contract that is likely to extend.
The organisation are currently going through a large transformation within the digital space that is going to be highly recognisable across Australia.
The role is going to consist of:
* Produce clear, high quality documentation for Agile projects (specifically creating user stories.)
* Performing in-depth analysis, helping to define and validate requirements and carry out process/experience mapping.
* Working very closely with the UX,UI and CX teams to ensure the best in customer and user experience.
* Setting and constructing detailed technical / functional / design specifications for templates and instructions.
* Ensure the smooth delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to a very high quality.
* Create project communications plans, status reports and conduct status meetings regularly to ensure effective issue resolution and quality project delivery.
* Gain buy in from key stakeholders and other team members.
* Present and explain complex information in a way which can be readily understood by different audiences.
The ideal candidate:
* 5+ Years Business Analysis experience
* 3+ Years experience within large digital transformations with excellent knowledge of online trends and digital development.
* Working knowledge of project scope documents including: sitemaps, wireframes, functional and technical specs and project plans.
* Understanding of best practices in usability and website design.
* Knowledge of project mapping and change management process.
* Working knowledge of digital development processes including requirements gathering, design, QA, deployment strategies, and development tools/technologies.
* End to end business analysis skills
* Technical BA skills within a digital environment
* Sound knowledge of the digital world
* Confidence working on a large scale business/digital transformation program of work.
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* An analytical mind with the ability to interpret data effectively and measure benefits and KPIs.
* Excellent management skills for project reporting, general engagement, and conflict management.
* A practical, hands-on and flexible approach to problem solving
* Confident delivering workshops and 1-to-1 sessions with all levels of the business
* Highly motivated, organised and passionate with the ability to work on own or collaboratively as part of a team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of audiences with tact and diplomacy and a high level of influencing and negotiating skills.
* An eye for design and an understanding of the creative process.
* MS office - advanced skills required.
